Management console fixed issue

An additional warning message was added to the console to assist administrators when migrating
iOS
 devices to the hardened channel. The warning advises administrators to clear the "Remove the app from the device when the device is removed from BlackBerry UEM" option in the app settings for all applicable apps, which ensures apps are not removed during migration. (EMM-150936)
