Microsoft
 has started to deprecate basic authentication for Exchange Online accounts. In
BEMS
 Cloud (BlackBerry Dynamics > Email notifications), when you type an
Office 365
 email address to test connectivity to
Microsoft Office 365
 using the basic authentication type (Credential), the EWS test fails and displays a "Subscription failed for user" message. For more information, visit techcommunity.microsoft.com and read 'Basic Authentication Deprecation in Exchange Online – September 2022 Update'.
