Configure Stop Notifications
By default, notifications are sent to a user's device and are regulated by timers. The Stop Notifications feature allows you to immediately stop notification for all devices associated with a particular user. A user can resubscribe to notifications, but only if the user is entitled to an app that can subscribe to notification services.
If you want to stop notifications for multiple users, verify that you have a .csv file that includes all of the users' email addresses.
- In theBlackBerry Enterprise Mobility Server Dashboard, underBlackBerry Services Configuration, clickMail.
- ClickStop Notifications.
- Complete one of the following:NotificationsStepsStop notifications for a single user.
- In theStop Notificationssection, selectSingle user..
- In theUser Email Addressfield, type the email address of the user you want to stop notifications for.
- ClickSave.
Stop notifications for multiple users.- In theStop Notificationssection, selectMultiple users.
- ClickChoose File. Navigate to and select the .csv file that contains the users' email addresses.
- ClickSave.
- Verify that the .csv file content uploaded successfully. ClickGet Results. Resolve any errors that might be identified.

Users can resubscribe by completing one of the following actions:
- BlackBerry Work for iOSusers: Force quit the app and reopen it.
- BlackBerry Work for Androidusers: Restart theAndroiddevice and the app will re-register withBEMS.
