METHOD_PC_JoinRoom

This method sends a request to 
BEMS
 for the user to join a group discussion. The user must be a member of the group discussion to participate and receive notifications or the group discussion privacy must be set to Open. 
The following table describes the parameters that you can include in this method.

BEMS
