Manage BlackBerry Workspaces users
- In the left pane, click Central Management.
- Click the Users tab.
- Do one of the following:

Edit a user.
- Click a user from the user list.
- Click
and edit the user information or roles.
- Click Save.
Import users.
You can import multiple users using a .csv file. The .csv file columns must correspond to the user data fields in the BlackBerry Workspaces administration console:- Name
- Aliases
- Distribution Lists
- Roles
You can also create distribution lists and update user data using the imported .csv file. However, you cannot delete users by removing them from the imported file and re-importing it. You must delete users in the BlackBerry Workspaces administration console.

- Do one of the following:
- If you have already created a .csv file, click Select file to browse to the CSV data file and select that file. Proceed to step d.
- If you want to create a .csv file, click Get Template to download a .csv file that you can populate.
- Type the user data in the appropriate columns. Provide the following information:
- User email address: The main email address used to identify the user. This field is required.
- User name: The user's name.
- User aliases: Additional email addresses that are associated with the user.
- User Distribution lists: Names of all BlackBerry Workspaces distribution lists for which this user is a member. For more information on distribution lists, see Managing distribution lists.
- User roles: Type the names of all roles assigned to the user. For the role names to enter, see the "Role name in import file" column in the table below.
- Click Import.
Export users.
If necessary, use filters and export only the displayed list.- Click a user.
- Click

Reset a user's password.
When you reset a user's password, the user receives an email with instructions to set a new password.- Click a user.
- Click Reset password.
Delete a user.
Users that are designated workspace administrators must be replaced, they cannot be fully removed.- Select one or more users from the user list.
- Click

- Do one of the following:
- Select the Remove the user from all designated roles, workspace memberships, and any distribution lists, and delete all files in the user's sent items. check box.
- Select Move ownership of files owned by this user, designated roles, workspace memberships and distribution lists to check box, and type the user's email address.
If the user you are deleting is a workspace administrator, only the “move” option is available.
- Click Apply.
Bulk delete users.
Users that are designated workspace administrators must be replaced, they cannot be fully removed. Create a list of inactive users to delete them in bulk from the system. For more information, see Generate usage reports.- Click Bulk delete.
- Copy and paste a .csv format list or type multiple user emails in .csv, and then click Next.
- Do one of the following. If the user you are deleting is a workspace administrator, only the “move” option is available.
- Select Remove the user from all designated roles, workspace memberships, and any distribution lists, and delete all files in the user's sent items..
- Select the Move ownership of files owned by this user, designated roles, workspace memberships and distribution lists to check box, and type the email address of a user.
- Click Apply.
The following table provides the user roles to add to the .csv file. When importing users, use the "Role name in import file" values to assign roles.ID
