Generate usage reports
- In the left pane, click Usage.
- Do any of the following:

Generate an active user report.
This report lists all active users and their last activity, as well as inactive users and their last activity or indicates if no activity has been recorded.
Do one of the following:- Create a report for a specific period: In the Active users section, click here. Select a date range up to 30 days, and then click Generate Report.
- Create the report: In the Active users section, click Generate Report.
Generate an inactive user report.
This report lists all inactive users for a selected date. It includes the username, the date of the last activity, the last action, the name of the file on which the action was taken, and the client that was used.- In the Inactive users section, select the start date for the report.
- Click Generate Report.
Generate a weekly file activity report.
This report summarizes of all activities on files, listed by user, within the selected week.- Do any of the following:
- Create a weekly file activity per user report: In the Weekly file activity per user section, click
and select the week for the report.
- Create a weekly organization activity report: In the Weekly organization activity section, click
and select the week for the report.
- Create a weekly file activity per user report: In the Weekly file activity per user section, click
- Click Generate Report.
Generate a workspaces snapshot report.
This report creates a snapshot of all workspaces in your organization and their details.
In the Workspaces snapshot section, click Generate Report.
