Generate licensing reports

BlackBerry Workspaces provides two types of licensing reports that you can generate on demand or schedule for automatic weekly distribution to organization Super administrators and administrators.

Licensing report types:
  • The Licensing Snapshot report gives a detailed list of every user in the Workspaces organization, including information about whether they consume a "contributor" or "sender" license.
  • The Licensing Snapshot including internal domains report gives a summary of the total number of internal users that consume a license based on the internal domains.

The reports reflect the current users only. Removed users are not counted in the reports, but may still be counted in your license model. As a result, the reports may not fully represent your organization's licensing information. For more information about your licensing model, contact your BlackBerry Professional representative. BlackBerry recommends that you generate both licensing reports automatically every week and correlate the information to fully capture your license status.

Set internal domains.
  1. In the left Logs and Reports section, click Licensing.
  2. Do any of the following:

    1. In the Licensing snapshot report section, click Generate Report.
    2. Optionally, select Send licensing snapshot report to organization administrators once a week and click Apply.

    Generate a licensing snapshot including internal domains

    In the Licensing snapshot report including internal domains section, do the following:

    1. In the Licensing snapshot report including internal domains section, confirm that your internal domains are specified in the Internal domains field.
    2. Click Apply and Generate Report.
    3. Optionally, select Send licensing snapshot report to organization administrators once a week and click Apply.
