Generate storage reports

Reports are generated in a .csv format.
  1. In the left pane, click Storage.
  2. Do any of the following:

    Task

    Steps

    Generate a workspaces storage report.

    This report shows how much storage each workspace in the organization is consuming.

    In the Workspaces storage section, click Generate Report.

    Generate a sent files storage report.

    This report shows the amount of storage utilized by sent files for each user.

    In the Sent files storage section, click Generate Report.

    Generate a weekly organization storage report.

    This report summarizes how much new storage your organization utilized during the specified week.

    In the Weekly organization storage section, click Calendar icon and select the week you want to generate the report for. Click Generate Report.
