Customize the BlackBerry Workspaces Web Application

You can customize the appearance of the BlackBerry Workspaces Web Application, for example, you can add your organization's logo and redirect legal and support links to external webpages that you maintain.

These features are supported only for organizations that use a customized subdomain in BlackBerry Workspaces cloud or for organizations that host BlackBerry Workspaces on an on-premise environment. If your organization does not have its own BlackBerry Workspaces subdomain, you must contact BlackBerry Workspaces Support to implement and configure the settings appropriately.

  1. In the left pane, click Customization.
  2. In the Name and Logo section, type the Application name.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • To use the default logo, click Use default application logo.
    • To upload and use a custom logo, click Upload logo and click Upload.
  4. In the Terms of service field, type the link to your organization's terms.
  5. In the Privacy policy field, type the link to your organization's privacy policy.
  6. In the Contact Support section, configure the desired behavior when an end user click the Contact Support link.
    • If you would like an email to be sent with a support message, select the Support emails radio button, then enter one of more email addresses in the field provided. By default, organization administrator email addresses are used.
    • If you would like to define a custom support url instead, select the Support link radio button, then type an url.
  7. If you want to show an about us link, click Show about us link.
  8. If you want to show the help link, click Show Help link, and type the link that you want to display.
  9. If you want to show a contact us link, click Show Contact us link, and type the link.
  10. If you want to show a downloadBlackBerry Workspaces for Windows link, click Show PC download link, and type the link.
  11. If you want to show a download BlackBerry Workspaces for Mac, click Show Mac download link, and type the link.
  12. To include links to your organization's branded versions of your organization's branded versions of the Quick Start and User Guides, select Show Quick start guide link and Show user guide link, then type the links.
  13. Click Apply.
