Configure system emails for new users
You can configure and customize the system emails that BlackBerry Workspaces sends to users, including welcome emails and activity notifications.
- In the left pane, click Emails.
- To send a welcome email when a new user is provisioned, click the Welcome Email check box.
- To add support for a secondary language (other than English), select the Secondary language check box, and click a language from the Secondary language drop-down list.
- To customize the About Workspaces text, select the Customize the "About" Workspaces text check box and type the customized text to use. If you selected a Secondary language in the previous step, you can also type a customized text in the second language.
- To include the default Getting Started video in emails, select the Enable "Get started" video check box.
- To include app download links, select one or more applicable platforms.
- To display the user account name instead of the sender name in the email "from" field, select the Enable "On Behalf Of" for Email Notifications check box .
- To send each user a daily activity file report for workspaces they own, select the Turn on daily activity report email for all users in my organization check box.
- To send email notifications without the workspace, folder, and file names, select the Turn off email notification details (Workspaces, folders and file names) check box. If you select this option, daily activity reports aren't sent to users.
- Click Apply changes.
