Share multiple files
- From the content list of any workspace or folder, tap the file icon of each file you wish to share.
- The icon of each file you tap will switch to
to show it is selected.
- Tap
.
- Tap Send a copy.
- In the ADD RECIPIENTS area, do one of the following:
- To manually add recipient email addresses, enter the email address(es) of the intended recipient(s).
- To select contacts from your device's contact list, tap
and select the contact(s) you want to share the file with.
When finished, tap Done.
- In the PERMISSIONS area, tap
next to Manage permissions.
- If the Require recipients to sign in slider is displayed, do one of the following:
- To ensure that recipients sign in to access the files, set the slider to ON.
- To allow recipients to access the files without signing in, set the slider to OFF.
This option is enabled by organizational policy. For more information, see Requiring recipient sign in. If the Require recipients to sign in setting is not displayed, recipients must sign in to access the file. - Next to the current permissions, tap
and set the access level. For more information, see Available permission sets. When done, tap
to return to the previous screen.
- To add a read file acknowledgement request to the files, toggle the Require read acknowledgement option to on. For more information, see Acknowledge a file
- Set the time when recipients can no longer access the file. Tap
in the Expiration section, and select the desired time period. If you select Specific date, choose the date and time, and then tap
to return to the previous screen.
- Set access for the file link. In the Allow access to section, tap
, and select Recipients only, Anyone within recipients' domain, or Everyone. When done, tap
to return to the previous screen.
- To ensure that the file is displayed to recipients with a watermark, in the WATERMARK area, toggle the Watermark setting to On. Note: Watermarks are set according to organizational policy. When permissions are set to Full access, watermarks are only displayed on PDF files. When permissions are set to any of the Download protected permissions, watermarks are not displayed on Office files.
- In the Collaboration section, set the slider to ON to allow recipients to upload new versions.
- To send the files with annotations if they exist, in the Annotations section, set the slider to ON.
- To enable commenting on the files to permitted members, in the COMMENTS area, set the slider to ON.
- Tap
to return to Send a copy.
- If you want to notify the recipients that you are sending files, set the Notify recipients slider to ON.
- If desired, change the email subject in the SUBJECT area.
- If desired, add a personal message in the MESSAGE box.
- Tap Send.
