View annotations
You can view annotations that you made on a file, or that others have shared with you.
- Tap

beside the annotation that you want to view.
- Tap an item to go to the location in the file.
- Optionally, tap a sticky note.
Add drawing markups.
- Tap

- Tap a color, size, and opacity.
- Use your finger like a pen to draw on the file.

- To change the color, size, and opacity, tap
and make the necessary changes.
- To move the drawing, tap the drawing >
, tap and hold the drawing and drag it to the desired location. Tap

- To delete the drawing, tap the drawing and tap

Add straight lines between two points.
- Tap

- Tap a color, width, opacity, and end point shape.
- Tap and hold where you want to place one end of the line, and drag your finger across the screen to the place where you want the line to end.
- Move one end of the line: Tap the line, then tap
. Tap and hold one of the line end points and drag it to where you want the line to end.
- Move the line: Tap the line, then tap
. Tap and hold the line and drag it to the desired location.
- Change the color, width, opacity, and end point shape: Tap the line and make the necessary changes.
- To delete the line, tap the line and tap

Add highlights.

- Use your finger to highlight the text.

- To delete the highlight, tap the highlight and tap

Add a sticky note comment.

- Tap a location where you want to add the note.
- Type your note.

Delete drawing markups, line drawing, highlights, and sticky notes.
