Create a custom payload profile

Download and install the latest version of Apple Configurator.
  1. In Apple Configurator, create an Apple configuration profile for the feature that you want to control.
  2. Copy the XML code for the Apple configuration profile.
  3. In the UEM management console, on the menu bar, click Policies and profiles > Custom > Custom payload.
  4. Click Add icon..
  5. Type a name and description for the profile.
  6. In the Custom payload field, paste the XML code from the configuration profile.
    To view a sample XML payload, click the Sample payload link above the field.
  7. Click Add.
Assign the profile to users and groups.
