Configure the
BlackBerry Work
 app configuration for
Entra ID
 Conditional Access

Verify that your
BlackBerry UEM
 have been configured as an
Intune
 compliance partner in
Entra
. For information, see Configuring BlackBerry UEM as an Intune compliance partner in Entra.
  1. On the menu bar, click
    Apps
    .
  2. Click the
    BlackBerry Work
     app.
  3. On the
    BlackBerry Dynamics
     tab, in the App configuration table, click on the name of the app configuration.
  4. On the
    Advanced Configuration
     tab, select the
    Use Office 365 Settings
    ,
    Use Office 365 Modern Authentication
     and
    Use Office 365 Brokered Authentication
     options.
  5. Click
    Save
    .
