- In theGood Controlconsole, clickPolicy Sets.
- Locate the policy set that you want to configure in thePolicy Setstable and click the edit icon in the Action column.
- Click theAppstab.
- In theApp Specific Policiessection, expand theBlackBerry Accesspolicy.
- Click theRSAtab.
- Select theEnable RSA SecurIDcheckbox.
- BlackBerry Accessmust prompt a PINPAD software token user to enter their PIN in order to generate anRSA SecurIDpasscode. If you wantBlackBerry Accessto prompt users each time they request a passcode, select thePrompt PIN for PINPAD Tokencheck box. Otherwise,BlackBerry Accesswill cache the PIN.
- Enter yourRSA Authentication Manageradministrator’s email address in theRSA Administrator Email Addressfield.Good Controlwill send all token seed record requests to this address.
- If you want to CC a recipient each time aBlackBerry Accessuser requests anRSA SecurIDseed record, enter the recipient’s email address in theRSA Administrator CC Email Addressfield.
