Known issues

After a user upgrades their
UEM Client
, it will no longer retain
CylancePERSONA
 location sharing preferences for
BlackBerry Dynamics
 apps. (GD-59208)
Workaround:
 To restore location sharing preferences, users must do the following:
  1. Open
    BlackBerry Access
    .
  2. Click the launcher button.
  3. Click the shield icon.
  4. Click
    BlackBerry Persona Settings
    .
  5. Enable the
    Allow Location Access
    toggle.
