Copy and paste text between BlackBerry Work and Microsoft 365 files

Steps

Copy and paste text from BlackBerry Work to a Microsoft 365 file.
  1. In BlackBerry Work, double-tap and hold the text you want to copy. If necessary, move the pins to adjust the selection.
  2. Tap Microsoft 365 Copy.
  3. Open a Microsoft 365 file for example Microsoft Word.
  4. Tap and hold where you want to paste the text, and tap Paste.
  5. If prompted, tap Allow Paste. Optionally, you can disable this setting in your iOS settings.

Copy and paste text from a Microsoft 365 file to BlackBerry Work.
  1. In a Microsoft 365 file, double-tap and hold the text you want to copy. If necessary, move the pins to adjust the selection.
  2. Tap Copy.
  3. Open BlackBerry Work, and compose an email and, tap and hold where you want to paste the text.
  4. Tap Microsoft 365 Paste.
  5. Tap Paste.
  6. If prompted, tap Allow Paste. Optionally, you can disable this setting in your iOS settings.
