Use sync attributes in BlackBerry AtHoc

The Microsoft Entra ID integration's sync attributes can be used throughout BlackBerry AtHoc.

Note: These attributes are read-only and cannot be modified directly.

User sync source

This attribute identifies where the user data originated from. You can use it in:
  • User Manager advanced search
  • Alert targeting (templates and new alerts)
  • Accountability targeting (templates and new events)
  • Static distribution list advanced search
  • Dynamic distribution list membership criteria
  • Auto-disable and delete users configuration
  • User base restrictions
Operations supported:
  • equals
  • not equals
  • is empty
  • is not empty
  • starts with
  • contains
  • ends with
  • not contains

User last synced on

This attribute indicates when a user was last synchronized. You can use it in:
  • User Manager advanced search
  • Alert targeting (templates and new alerts)
  • Accountability targeting (templates and new events)
  • Accountability events summary (User tab)
  • Static distribution list advanced search
  • Dynamic distribution list membership criteria
  • Auto-disable and delete users configuration
  • User base restrictions
Operations supported:
  • before
  • after
  • is empty
  • is not empty
When using the "before" or "after" operations, you can select:
  • N days ago (default 30, min 1, max 100)
  • N days from now (default 30, min 1, max 100)
  • Specific date (using date selector)

View sync attributes in user profiles

The sync attributes are visible in various user profile views:

  1. Log in to BlackBerry AtHoc as an Enterprise Administrator or System Administrator.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Users > Users.
  3. On the Users screen, select a user to view their profile.
  4. Look for the "User Sync Source" and "User Last Synced On" fields in the User Activity section under Login and Location.
