Create delivery templates
Note: Delivery templates can be managed at the system setup, super enterprise, enterprise, or suborganization level. Inheritance rules can change who can use delivery templates. Verify that you are creating delivery templates at the correct organization level in the super enterprise or enterprise. The easiest way to create a delivery template is to duplicate an existing one and then edit it. For information on how to duplicate a template, see Duplicate delivery templates.
