You can edit a widget immediately after creating a new dashboard, or at any time you want to change the format data is displayed in an existing widget. The Edit widget dialog appears automatically when you add a new widget to a dashboard.

At the top right corner of a widget, do any of the following:
Click to refresh the data displayed on the widget.
Click to print the data.
Click to open the Edit widget dialog.
On the Edit widget dialog, do any of the following:
Change the title
Select data filters. You can select up to 5 filters for a widget. When a filter is applied to a widget, a with the number of filters appears beside the widget title.
Display or hide a Big Number
Display or hide any of these charts:
: Vertical bar chart
: Horizontal bar chart
: Line chart
: Pie chart
Organize data by group and sub-group
Display or hide the data displayed in a table
Hover over the top, left, or right edge of a widget and then click to reposition it anywhere on the dashboard.
Click at the bottom right corner of any widget to resize it.
Optionally, for any widget that contains data displayed in a table, click the border between columns to to resize or move the column.
Optionally, in any widget that contains data displayed in a table, click at the bottom of any column and then click an option from the table column dialog that appears to perform any of the following actions:
: Sort the column in ascending order.
: Sort the column in ascending order.
: Pin the column to the left side of the table.
: Pin the column to the right side of the table.
: Hide the column.
: Open the Manage columns dialog to show or hide any column in the table.
