Add a widget

  • You must be an Organization Administrator, Enterprise Administrator, or System Administrator to add a widget.
  • The Command Center Dashboard must be enabled in feature enablement.
  1. Do one of the following:
    • If you have created a new dashboard, click the Add Widget button.
    • To add a widget to an existing dashboard, at the top right corner of the dashboard screen, click The Dashboard Menu icon > The Add a Dashboard icon Add widgets.

  2. On the Select data source dialog, select any of the following widgets:
    • Accountability Event Alerts: Shows information about alerts sent for accountability events.
    • Accountability Event Messages: Displays messages sent for each alert in accountability events.
    • Accountability Event: Reflects event-level details of accountability events.
    • Alert Messages: Provides details about messages sent from BlackBerry AtHoc.
    • Alerts: Displays information about your published alerts.
    • Map: Displays alerts and accountability events geographically.
    The new widget appears on your dashboard.
  3. Edit your new widget.
