Enable and access the Dashboard

The Command Center Dashboard is enabled in feature enablement at the system level. You must be a System Administrator to enable the Dashboard.
Note: For more information about enabling the Dashboard, contact your BlackBerry AtHoc professional services representative.
  1. To enable the dashboard:
    1. Log in to the BlackBerry AtHoc management system as a System Administrator.
    2. Click The Settings icon.
    3. On the Settings screen, in the System Setup section, click Feature Enablement.
    4. On the Feature Enablement screen, click IsDashboardAppSupported.
    5. On the Edit Feature Enablement dialog, select True from the Enabled pull-down list.
    6. Optionally, select the Force all children to inherit option to enable the Dashboard on suborganizations or sub enterprise organizations.
    7. Click Save.
  2. To access the Dashboard, do any of the following
    • Click the Dashboard button on the home screen.
    • Click the URL provided to you by your BlackBerry AtHoc administrator or professional services representative
