Install and activate BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser

BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser for Windows is a secure mobile browser that allows you to access your organization's intranet and business applications on your Windows device. The browser uses Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams, to provide you will access to your email and chat messages.
  1. Your organization's BlackBerry UEM administrator will assign the BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser to you.

  2. The administrator generates and emails an activation password to you.

    You'll use the activation password later when you activate the app.

  3. Download the app.

    Download BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser (Windows). Click here to go to the download page.

  4. Install the app.

    Double-click on the file that you downloaded to install BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser.

    On the License Agreement screen, by installing the secure browser, you agree to the terms of the license agreement displayed in the License Agreement screen.

  5. Activate the app.

    You must activate BlackBerry Access Secure Enterprise Browser before you can use it. Activation is a one-time process in which you enter your email address and activation password. Your administrator provides the activation details in an activation email.

    After activation is completed, you'll be asked to create a new password that you'll use when you log in to the browser.
