The BlackBerry Presence service logs presence information in the Core log files and saves them to the bemslogs folder stored daily in C:\BlackBerry\bemslogs. These log files are required when troubleshooting Presence issues. If your environment is configured for Skype for Business on-premises using trusted application mode, additional log text files, LPP-log.txt, are created.
