Activate BBM Enterprise with BlackBerry UEM Self-Service

If you have access to BlackBerry UEM Self-Service to activate and manage your devices, you can activate a BBM Enterprise account.
  1. On the menu, click BBM Enterprise.
  2. Click Set Activation Password.
  3. In the Activation option field, click your desired activation option.
  4. In the Activation password drop-down list, click an option.
  5. Specify the activation password you want to set for BBM Enterprise.
  6. Click Submit.
After setting your BBM Enterprise activation password, you will receive an email that allows you to access BBM Enterprise. For more information, see the BBM Enterprise User guides.
