Send log files from the BlackBerry UEM App Catalog

On Windows 10 devices, users can email log files to their administrator from the Help menu in the BlackBerry UEM App Catalog.
  1. On the device, tap the App Catalog icon.
  2. Tap Help.
  3. Tap Bug report.
  4. In the To: field, select or type an email address.
  5. Tap The Send icon. The log files are attached to the email as a .zip file.
