You must specify the devices that users receive alerts on. For example, a user can receive an alert on multiple devices, including work or personal mobile phones, SMS, tablets, desktop pop-ups, work or home phones, through loudspeakers, or email.

Perform the following high-level tasks to configure devices that end users receive alerts on:

1. Enable devices on the BlackBerry AtHoc server.
2. Configure the device delivery gateway.
3. Configure and enable the device from the Devices screen.
4. Verify that the device appears in the End User details display settings.
