Support, enable Debug logging on the CylanceHYBRID
Status page, wait for at least 20 minutes, then download the log file and submit it to Cylance
Support.To Enable Verbose Logging
- Beside Logs, click .
- Click theLogging Leveldropdown arrow, then selectDebug(verbose logging).
- Click the checkmark to save the Logging Level.
- Wait at least 20 minutes to collect a sufficient amount of log information.
- ClickDownload Logs. The log file is saved as a compressed file to your local disk drive.
- Create a Cylance Support ticket and include theCylanceHYBRIDlog file.
