Configure
Microsoft
IIS permissions for gatekeeping

BlackBerry UEM
uses
Windows PowerShell
commands to manage the list of allowed devices. To use the
BlackBerry Gatekeeping Service
, you must configure
Microsoft
IIS permissions.
  1. On the computer that hosts the
    Microsoft
    client access server role, open the
    Microsoft Internet Information Services
    (IIS) Manager.
  2. In the left pane, expand the server.
  3. Expand
    Sites
    >
    Default Web Site
    .
  4. Right-click the PowerShell folder. Select
    Edit Permissions
    .
  5. Click the
    Security
    tab. Click
    Edit
    .
  6. Click
    Add
    and enter the <new_group> that was created when you configured the
    Microsoft Exchange
    permissions for gatekeeping.
  7. Click
    OK
    .
  8. Confirm that
    Read & execute
    ,
    List folder contents
    , and
    Read
    are selected. Click
    OK
    .
  9. Select the
    PowerShell
    folder. Double-click the
    Authentication
    icon.
  10. Select
    Windows Authentication
    . Click
    Enable
    .
  11. Close the
    Microsoft Internet Information Services
    (IIS) Manager.
