BEMS-Connect
service logs information in different log files and saves them to the different folder locations depending on the installation configuration of the
BEMS-Connect
service. These log files are required when troubleshooting
Connect
issues. The log files contain critical information for the instant messaging server that is used in your environment (for example,
Cisco Unified Communications Manager
for communications, and
Skype for Business
using non-trusted application mode or trusted application mode).
