On an iPhone upgraded to

iOS

16.x, the

BlackBerry Access

user agent information is not captured at the Symantec ProxySG web proxy. (FIRST-18008)

If

BlackBerry Access

is not running, clicking a web clip app shortcut for an internal site that requires SSO does not work. (FIRST-18006)

Workaround

: Before clicking on a web clip app shortcut on the

iOS

home screen, open

BlackBerry Access

first.
