You can view information for multiple devices for a user on the Assets > Persona Users page, including multifactor authentication (2FA) and model statuses. Users with multiple devices will be listed in consecutive rows, with each row being for a different device.

alert only mitigation action
Alert Only is now a mitigation action option when creating a
CylancePERSONA Desktop
policy, allowing agent events to be sent to the console without prompting action on the end device.
  • The Alert Only setting is available in a device policy in the management console. Alert Only events will be available with a future agent release.
  • For agent version 1.2 and earlier, if Alert Only is enabled in the device policy, the agent will enforce the username and password mitigation action instead of the Alert Only event.

The Forced Step-Up Authentication event is now set to medium severity.

Enhancement to the
CylancePERSONA Desktop
dashboard
The
CylancePERSONA Desktop
dashboard now displays the top ten users with the lowest trust score. The trust score displayed is the lowest trust score for a user on one of their devices. Each username is a link to the user details page.

  • CylancePERSONA Desktop
    agent now supports multiple users on shared Windows computers.
  • During the training period for a device, users will be prompted daily to provide two factor authentication to protect devices.
  • Alert Only is a new mitigation action option in a device policy. When an alert only event is triggered (due to a low user trust score), no user interaction is required. An alert is sent to the management console to notify administrators.
  • Inline 2FA provisioning will guide users through the 2FA provisioning process. This guidance can be skipped by the user. This guidance will display until the user has completed the 2FA provisioning or when the
    CylancePERSONA Desktop
    training mode is complete.
