How to Enable CylancePROTECT Mobile

Before you can enable and use CylancePROTECT Mobile, your organization must purchase CylancePROTECT Mobile licenses.

1. Open the Services page

In the UEM management console, click Settings > Services.

2. Click Enable for BlackBerry Protect

When the pop up appears, click Enable.

3. Log out and log in again

Before you can use CylancePROTECT Mobile features, you must log out and log in again.

4. That's it!

You have successfully enabled CylancePROTECT Mobile in UEM!
