Add comments

You can add comments when you view the details of an alert. Use comments to share useful information and note the actions that need to be taken to resolve the threat. Comments in the conversation are shown in reverse chronological order. When you add comments,
CylanceGUARD
 sends email notifications.
  1. On the menu, click
    Escalations
    .
  2. Click the alert that you want to add a comment to.
  3. On the right pane, in the
    Activity
     tab, type your comment in the
    Comments
     box.
  4. If you want to attach a file, click
    Add attachments
     and select the file that you want to add.
  5. Click
    Send
    .
    The comment is added to the conversation and the text box is cleared.
