Recover deleted users

You must be an End Users Manager, Organization Administrator, or Enterprise Administrator for the organization to recover deleted users.
You can recover deleted users for up to 7 days after deletion. The recovery period for deleted users is dependent on the Purge Deleted Users setting. For example, if the Purge Deleted Users setting is set to 1 day, deleted users can only be recovered for up to 1 day. For more information, see Purge deleted users.
  1. In the navigation bar, click
    Users
    >
    Users
    .
  2. On the
    Users
    screen, click The Drop-Down menu icon beside the
    Enabled Users
    drop-down list and select
    Deleted Users
    .
  3. Select the check boxes beside the users you want to recover.
  4. Click
    More Actions
    >
    Recover
    .
  5. On the confirmation window, click
    Recover
    to restore the users to the system.
If there is a username conflict that prevents the restoration of a username, then renaming needs to be done manually after the recovery.
