Create an enterprise static distribution list

  1. Log in to the
    BlackBerry AtHoc
     management system on the enterprise or super enterprise organization as an Enterprise Operator.
  2. Create a static distribution and provide a name that signals that it is enterprise-wide, such as
    Ent-SeniorStaff
    .
  3. Build the list of users in the
    Distribution List Members
     section.
    1. Click
      Modify
       to add users to the list.
      If your user base has been restricted, the user list shows only the users in your user base.
    2. Select users from the list. Use the
      Organizations
       column to determine which organizations users belong to.
    3. Click
      Add Selected
       to save the users you selected to the distribution list.
  4. Click
    Save
    .
