Manage accountability events
When an accountability event is started from an enterprise or super enterprise, the “For more info” link in the notification alert opens the Summary tab of the event in the management system. This gives Accountability Officers access to the correct users based on the Accountability Officer role assignments and restrictions. When an accountability event is started from an enterprise or super enterprise organization, Accountability Officers can respond on behalf of others only when they have been granted the Accountability Officer role in the originating enterprise or super enterprise organization. Accountability Officers who do not have an operator account in the enterprise or super enterprise organization can be targeted, but must first be granted the Accountability Officer role in the enterprise or super enterprise organization in order to respond on behalf of other users.
Accountability Officers can use the More Info link in the initial email to log in to management system and respond on behalf of other users. For more information, see the guide.
