Make mass changes to user details
The following instructions explain how to make global changes to details about users in the system. If you want to make a change to an individual user, see Edit user details.
The quickest and easiest way to make mass changes to users in the system is to export the user details as a .csv file, open and modify that file, and then import the file back into the system.
