Customization: Phone Call Setting

  1. In the 
    Caller ID
     field, enter the numeric number you want to show up on the mobile devices of alert recipients when an alert is published to them. You can enter up to 15 digits and special characters such as +.
  2. In the 
    Default Country Code
     field, select the country code that will be displayed by default whenever user managers have to enter a phone number into a field.
  3. Optionally, in the 
    GETS
     field, enter the Government Emergency Telecommunications Service (GETS) PIN number.
