Click Users in the navigation bar.
Click Users from the drop down menu.
Type a username, full name, and other details needed for the user.
Tip: Only the username is required.
Fill out work number and the numbers for any other devices the user may have.
Type in a temporary work location and other sections that you can answer. The sections that appear depend on your organization's settings.
Tip: You do not need to fill in every section and none of these are required to create a user.
You have successfully created an Alert user!
