Send commands to users and devices

  1. In the management console, on the menu bar, click
    Users > Managed devices
    .
  2. Do one of the following:

    Send a command to a specific user or device
    1. Search for and click a user.
    2. On the device tab, in the
      Manage device
       section, click the appropriate command.
    Send a bulk command to multiple users or devices
    1. Search for and select multiple users.
    2. From the command menu above the user list, click the appropriate command.
