! With a few pointers, you'll be a pro at managing devices and users with

 in no time. To help you learn the basics of

, get started with the information below.
Management console icon icon
BlackBerry UEM
 has a browser-based management console. Get the URL from a colleague and log in. Depending on how it's set up, you may need a distinct user name and password or a client certificate to log in, or you may be able to log in using your standard network credentials.
Users icon
Typically, 
BlackBerry UEM
 is connected to your company directory the user list is automatically updated based on changes to the directory. You can add and remove users, select users and see what devices they have activated and manage those devices, group users for easier management, and assign policies and profiles to manage devices.
Profiles icon
Profiles allow you to assign settings to a user, or more typically a group of users, to manage how their devices get access to work resources or how certain features behave. For example, the 
Wi-Fi
 profile lets you send connection settings to devices to connect to your work 
Wi-Fi
 and email profiles send connection information to connect to your mail server.
