Email help

One of the most common things you do for work on your device is read and write email. After your device is activated with

, you should be able to get your work email on your device. If you can't get your work email, verify the following information with your administrator
  • Which email app you should use
  • If the appropriate app is not already installed, whether you should install it from the public or work app store
  • The requirements for connecting the app to your organization's mail server
