Using enterprise connectivity for BlackBerry 10 devices
Enterprise connectivity sends all work data sent between
BlackBerry 10devices and your organization's network through the
BlackBerry UEM. Enterprise connectivity is supported only when
BlackBerry UEMis installed in an on-premises environment. This feature allows you to avoid opening a direct connection through your organization's firewall to the Internet for
BlackBerry 10device management and apps that connect to your mail server, internal CA, and other web or content servers. Enterprise connectivity is always enabled for
BlackBerry 10devices, even if you don't use
BlackBerry Secure Connect Plus.
BlackBerry 10devices choose the most efficient path to connect to your work resources, based on network availability.
You can associate a proxy profile with an enterprise connectivity profile to send data through a proxy server.
