CylancePROTECT
: Known issues in this release (Feb 2020)

  • If you upload an
    Android
app to the management console and the request to
    CylanceINFINITY
to scan the app returns an HTTP 5xx or 4xx error (only visible in the
    UEM Core
log file), the app is removed from the app list without a notification. (2813556)
    Workaround
: Upload the app to the management console again. The HTTP 5xx or 4xx error is not likely to occur again.
  • If you assign a
    CylancePROTECT
profile to a directory-synchronized group, the profile might not be applied to users in the group when they are synchronized from the directory and added to
    UEM
    . (2811586)
    Workaround
: After users are synchronized and added to
    UEM
    , remove the
    CylancePROTECT
profile from the directory-synchronized group and assign it to the group again, or assign the profile to users (by group assignment or directly) without using a directory-synchronized group.
  • If a
    BlackBerry Dynamics
app reports a compliance violation to
    UEM
, and then the out of compliance app is uninstalled and you assign a different
    BlackBerry Dynamics
app as the authentication delegate, the original compliance violation is not removed. (2808761)
  • Google
    Pixel
devices may return an incomplete certificate response to an attestation request. (2803979)
  • If you remove a
    CylancePROTECT
profile from a user, and the user does not have a
    CylancePROTECT
profile assigned for a period of time that exceeds the
    Android
hardware certificate attestation grace period, when you assign a
    CylancePROTECT
profile to the user again, the device is considered out of compliance until the next attestation challenge. (2799860)
  • If you remove a
    CylancePROTECT
profile from a user, and the user does not have a
    CylancePROTECT
profile assigned for a period of time that exceeds the
    iOS
app integrity check grace period, when you assign a
    CylancePROTECT
profile to the user again, the apps configured for integrity checks are considered out of compliance until the next check. (2799855)
