Users with full access permissions can perform all actions in BlackBerry Workspaces.

Advanced rights management

The Advanced Rights Management (Download protected) permission sets are available for BlackBerry Workspaces Enterprise ES Mode and BlackBerry Workspaces Enterprise ES (Restrict Full Access) Mode only.

Downloaded Protected files with Windows Digital Rights Management (WDRM) in Workspaces Viewer and in Microsoft Office have different visibility during screen sharing. This ensures that sensitive information remains secure and only the specific authorized viewers can access the content. This does not apply to Web application viewer online.
  • Presenters with Full Access permissions allow participants to see the file contents.
  • Presenters with limited permissions (for example, Download Protected) will cause blacked out screens for participants.
