Access Dropbox folders that are shared with you

When a Dropbox user shares a Dropbox folder with you, you must accept the invitation to access the files in that folder from the BlackBerry Workspaces app. Invitations appear at the top of the Dropbox file list.

Sign in to your Dropbox account from BlackBerry Workspaces.
  1. In the BlackBerry Workspaces web app, in the left pane, click Dropbox.
  2. Click your Dropbox account folder.
  3. Beside the invitation that you want to accept, click The menu icon > Accept.
