Set mobile policies

Specify which mobile devices users can access BlackBerry Workspaces from. When you disable access, users can log in to BlackBerry Workspaces but cannot see any of your organization’s workspaces. You must have Organization administrators permissions to complete this task.
  1. In the left pane, click Mobile.
  2. In the General settings section, do any of the following:

    Select the Enable access from iPhone and iPad devices check box.

    Enable access to BlackBerry Workspaces from Android devices

    Select the Enable access from Android devices check box.

    Enable access to BlackBerry Workspaces from Windows Mobile devices

    Select the Enable access from Windows Mobile devices check box.

    Allow users to open protected files in third-party applications on mobile devices

    Select the Allow users to open protected files (Office, PDF, Images, Text) when shared with Full Access permissions in 3rd party applications on mobile devices check box.

    Enable users to open file types that cannot be protected in third-party applications on mobile devices

    Select the Allow users to open non-protected files in 3rd party applications on mobile devices check box.

    Enforce users to set a passcode when using BlackBerry Workspaces on Android and iOS devices

    Select the Enable passcode lock in order to open BlackBerry Workspaces for Android and iOS check box.

  3. Click Apply changes.
