Add an iManage connector

BlackBerry Workspaces supports iManage Work 10 and later.
  1. In the left pane, click Content Connectors.
  2. Click The Add icon.
  3. Do one of the following:

    Add an on-premises iManage connector.
    1. In the Repository Type drop-down list, click iManage.
    2. In the Connector Display Name field, type a name.
    3. In the Allowed Path field, type the path to the iManage matter.
    4. In the Provide access to field, click one of the following options:
      • All organization: This option allows all workspace owners (users with the Workspace owner role) in the organization to access the repository.
      • Individual user: This option allows only users with the Individual connector workspace owner role to access the repository.
    5. In the URL field, type the URL of your iManage repository.
    6. In the Username and Password fields, type your iManage credentials.
    7. Click Add.

    Add an iManage Cloud connector.
    1. In the Repository Type drop-down list, click iManage Cloud.
    2. In the Connector Display Name field, type a name.
    3. In the Allowed Path field, type the path to the iManage matter.
    4. In the Provide access to field, click one of the following options:
      • All organization: This option allows all workspace owners (users with the Workspace owner role) in the organization to access the repository.
      • Individual user: This option allows only users with the Individual connector workspace owner role to access the repository.
    5. Click Add.
