Open a file protected by BlackBerry Workspaces

Open BlackBerry Workspaces protected files either from Windows Explorer in the usual way, or by clicking Edit in the email you received. You may be required to sign in to BlackBerry Workspaces; if you are asked to sign in, follow the steps below.
  1. When the sign in dialog appears, enter your credentials and click Sign in.
    A Microsoft message appears warning you that you are attempting to send information to an Internet site that is not in your trusted zones.
  2. Click Yes.
  3. If you do not want to see the warning message again while working on this server, click Don't show this message again.
    The file opens.
